Pudin de Pan (bread pudding)

7 slices white bread
1 1/2 C milk
1 C sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 C flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 C raisins
1/4 C toasted slivered almonds

Preheat oven to 350°.

Crumble the bread into a large bowl and pour the milk over it. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Butter a 1.5 qt. baking dish, add mixture, and bake 45-55 minutes.
